The extrusion units are available with auger-set diameters variable from 400 to 770 mm and are mostly recognized for the multiple-exit shaping of partition-blocks, thermo-blocks, facing bricks and ceiling blocks with a throughput capacity from 20 to 120 tons/h. The technology used guarantees high steadiness, mechanical resistance, long-life performance, easy access and assembly: all elements which turn into the possibility to reach high extrusion pressures. The continuous evolution lead to a geometrical feature of augers allowing the optimization of the ratio production/energy consumption.

EXTRUDER

  • Openable cylindrical ring with interchangeable double thickness chromium plated wear linings;
  • Augers in electro welded steel with double thickness final chromium plating and wear resistant reinforcement  in tungsten carbide;
  • Decomposable feeding paddles with interchangeable plates easily reachable through side doors;
  • Gear box: helical toothed gears, special steel shafts, thermally treated steel pinions;
  • Supporting bearings with oscillating double row rollers and self- aligning conical rollers thrust blocks;
  • Forced lubrication by means of electric pump to control oil flow with vibration resistant metal pipes;
  • Pneumatic clutch with automatic recovery of wear clearances assembled on the driving pulley;
  • Arrangement for wetting and steam unit

VACUUM MIXER:

  • Double frontally supported shafts, square section type, with openable grids in anti-wear material and possibility to mount tapering units with knives able to reduce clay in very thin parts;
  • Large vacuum chamber equipped with side doors,  vacuum gauge assembled on the plate and clay level measurer;
  • Mixer transmission unit with widely dimensioned helical toothed gears. Steel shafts;
  • Supporting bearings with oscillating double row rollers and self- aligning conical rollers thrust blocks;
  • Interchangeable linings on the whole trough, with double thickness chromium plating on the clay compression zone, suitable to receive the automatic moisture control probes. Chromium plated breaking knives;
  • Mixing blades and augers in electro-welded steel with double thickness final chromium plating and wear resistant reinforcement in tungsten carbide;
  • Forced lubrication by means of electric pump, metal piping resistant to vibrations;
  • Driving pulley with pneumatic clutch and automatic recovery of wear clearances;
  • Arrangement for gear oil heating device.

The machine is complete with:

  • Feeder supporting structure and motor housing;
  • Digital plastometer, to be installed on the pressure head: Pressure range 0 ÷ 50 bar, Led display for pressure visualization, interface with installation for the best water regulation;
  • Electric control desk;
  • Solenoid valve for vacuum interception.
